Joining the Server

To play Tunnelers' Abyss, start by downloading and installing Luanti from its official website. Once installed, open Luanti, click on the “Join Game” tab, and search for Tunnelers’ Abyss. Select the server and create a username and password to register your account, then press “Register”. From there, your adventure in Tunnelers’ Abyss begins!

Things to Know

You will start out in Spawn Valley, the small town where it all started. You can always get back to Spawn with the chat command /spawn. To get right to other player’s creations, you can utilize our TravelNet Hub or our train networks to explore other cities and discover a place to start out your own base! To make it easy to return to your home base, use the chat command /sethome to save your current location. Later, you can simply use the chat command /home to teleport back there whenever you need.You can earn money by doing things in the game or selling things to other players, which will help you to afford more expensive equipment to aid your endeavors. If you have any questions or need help, feel free to ask in the in-game chat—our community is active and welcoming, and players are almost always around to help you out quickly!

Protecting Your Creations

To create a protected area, you need to define two opposite corners of a rectangular box—these are the lowest and highest points of the space you want to protect. Think of it like drawing a cube: one position marks one corner on the bottom, and the other marks the opposite corner on the top. The server will protect everything inside that box, including all blocks between the two points.

To protect your area, simply use the command /area_pos1 at one corner of the area you want to protect (this will set the first position). Then, move to the opposite corner and use the command /area_pos2 to set the second position. These two positions will define the boundaries of your protected area, covering everything in between. Once your area is selected, claim it with /protect <YourAreaName>.

  • This server is hosted in the Czech Republic. Any illegal activity will be banned.

  • No griefing, no stealing. If it's not yours, just let it be.

  • Perverts will not be tolerated.

  • If you find any bug, tell it to the admins. Using glitches is considered hacking.

  • Don't build cobble-boxes. Please build realistic and nice builds.

  • Useless protections may be deleted.

  • Protect your buildings against griefers.

  • No spamming, no screaming. You don't have to repeat yourself.

  • If you build in a hilly landscape, do not flatten it. There are a lot of flat plains all around.

  • No deliberate lag sources.

  • Don't leave flying parts of trees. Punch them down completely.

  • Do not needlessly cuss.
